We’re Hiring
We built Driftline Counseling in response to what we experienced in community mental health- unsustainable productivity quotas, micromanagement, lack of transparency, and without enough support or resources to best support our clients (or ourselves). But we didn’t want private practice either, where the trade-off is often isolation. We're building something deliberately different: a small, cohesive team where clinicians are trusted to work in their own way, in a collaborative space that always feels safe and supportive.
We are growing slowly, with thoughtfulness and intention.
Who Thrives Here
Driftline fits clinicians who value depth over speed, want to be part of a team without feeling micromanaged, and are looking for something that they can actually sustain long-term. We believe that clinicians do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and deeply valued.
What We Offer
All positions include:
W-2 employment with biweekly payroll
Paid administrative time
Credentialing and insurance contracting support
Direct referrals and caseload-building support
Access to Sessions Health EHR, Microsoft 365, and Zoom
Practice-provided liability coverage
Full-Time positions additionally include:
3 weeks PTO + 2 floating holidays
$1000 annual CEU stipend
Total compensation varies by role and caseload. Full-time licensed clinicians typically earn between $71,000-$85,000 in their first year. Full-time associates typically earn between $66,000-$79,000, with an automatic increase to the licensed rate upon licensure. We’re transparent about the math- detailed compensation breakdowns are available for each role.
We’re a growing practice and we’re committed to expanding what we offer as we expand. Our goal is for compensation and benefits to grow alongside the practice- we’ll always be open about where we are and where we’re headed.
