Session Fees

Individual Therapy: $200 for a 60-minute session.

Couples Therapy: $210 for a 60-minute session.

Investing in therapy is an investment in yourself. Our personalized, evidence-based approach ensures that each session is tailored to support your unique needs and goals.

Insurance

We accept the following:

  • Moda

  • Providence

  • PacificSource

  • Regence BCBS

  • OHP open card (we are not contracted with CareOregon)

If we don’t accept your insurance, you may still be able to get reimbursed for out-of-network services. We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider.

Sliding Scale Options

At this time, we do not offer a sliding scale for our services. However, we understand that therapy can be a financial commitment. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out, and we can discuss alternative options or provide referrals to low-cost community resources.
