About Me

Meaningful change begins with a strong, trusting relationship. I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and safe to explore whatever you’re carrying—without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in genuine connection, because I believe that feeling supported is essential to doing deeper work.

My Approach

My approach is person-centered at its core, meaning I tailor therapy to you—your goals, your pace, and your lived experience. I integrate evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). Together, we’ll build practical tools while also making space for reflection, growth, and self-compassion.

You can expect therapy to feel supportive, engaging, and grounded in real-life application. I aim to balance skill-building with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop both insight and actionable strategies. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more empowered, understood, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.
